I made a cutting board and it turned out awesome!

I made some wood burning art with thin wood veneer tiles and it turned out okay but I bet it will be better next time with thicker wood. I wanted to practice before trying expensive cutting boards though. It's a cool product but more work involved than I anticipated when first I planned all these gifts. Use stencils and spread the gel evenly before applying heat.

I use my cricket to cut out vinyl stencils and apply it to wood and use this on it pull the vinyl off and heat it up … works like a charm

I tried every wood and two different heat guns (“craft” & “industrial”) & it still did not burn the wood. Left it on for a couple days also and still would not get the “burned” look. Sorry, it was a fail for me.

I really like wood burning but my skills with the hot tool aren't as good as I would like it to for particular projects. I'd never tried something like this but really liked it. I love the result and have a ton of ideas for things to do with it. I have some particularly tiny project ideas and this would be far easier than using an actual wood-burning tool. It is also a nice alternative to the tools if they feel like a little too much or you just want to make a few projects here and there.

This wood burning paste works well as long as you apply the paste as evenly as possible, have a good heat gun, and apply even heating. You don't need to be able to draw well, or having to learn how to use the woodburning pen/ and which attachment to use, with consistent results when stencil use. It does take testing and fiddling with to get the right consistency and timing.

I was excited to use the paste because if worked as designed it would be pretty cool... And in my testing it actually did!Using my heat gun and a quick application of the product a nice result was seen. I am actually planning on making this able to be applied via a paint gun so I can use on a large scale with stencils.Great concept that surprisingly works like it says!

I have always wanted to try out wood burning, but I am not very gifted when it comes to hand drawing, painting, etc. so this is the perfect solution! I use this by cutting out a vinyl stencil with my cricut, applying that to a piece of wood, then applying this gel evenly with a squeegee. To create the burns, I used a heat press with the heated plate hovering above. In the end it ended up working but I did have a little difficulty on my first attempt. My biggest tips are to make sure the gel is spread as even as possible as well as heated evenly. The color of the product will change from a yellow to orange and then eventually brown, so just keep heating until you reach the desired darkness. Overall, a fun project for endless crafts, gifts, or products to sell!

Used with a stencil and according to directions. Also tried leaving on longer, using more, using less, different wood types, sanded, and there were no consistent results. Not impressed.

Das kleine Töpfchen war nur zu einem Drittel gefüllt und scheinbar ist das andere auch schon passiert…. Daher ist es vom Preis viel zu teuer. Getestet habe ich das Produkt noch nicht. Würde es aber auch wegen dieser geringen Menge nicht noch mal kaufen egal wie gut es ist
