Just what I was looking for. Great thickness and taste. A drizzle of this enhances almost everything.

Perfect thickness, well balanced acidity level. The price isn't bad considering some of the alternatives. I find this brand more cost effective, and it doesn't suffer the so-so flavor and texture of others that are aged the same length of years.

I found this to be a tasty balsamic. It went great in a glaze that I added over spicy grilled salmon -- but even though it has "thick" boldly on the label, I found it a little thin -- not something a little reduction could not fix -- quick min in a pan (with a cinnamon stick for my personal preference), then added to the glaze. The sweetness went great over ice cream later too. I prefer a slightly more acidic vinegar for drizzling over fresh fruits and vegetables but this is a certainly acceptable. At $26 it is worth having in the cabinet and could be a nice gift to introduce friends to balsamic.

I use this vinegar with my home grown tomatoes with or without olive oil and can eat tree time a day(smiling). I bought another set (white, dark and thick dark) love them all.Edit. Excellent products! I made a second order on the set of three. Love the flavor. Will buy again. Only one problem-you might get addicted! I can can drink this balsamic vinegar like the best tasted water. Ha-ha!!Update. I definitely got addicted ... bought two more bottles.

It’s pricey but definitely worth it. It’s so good on fish and sprinkled on vegetables, my favorite is on roasted Brussels sprouts. It’s a little thick so sticks well to food and it’s slightly sweet and does not have the ‘oh yes, definitely vinegar’ effect on your senses. Will definitely be ordering more.

This balsamic has been aged nicely, it is a little thick, though not super thick. It doesn't have that gross jelly like consistency, it seems natural from age. Also the flavor is great but be aware it is a little strong on the vinegar side, kind of takes your breathe away a bit more than other brands. So that can be positive or negative depending on if you like that. Overall great product
