Why is this capsule suddenly smaller than it used to be?

NOTICE they changed the formula and are using different fillers! Calcium phosphate and cellulose. If you can’t take calcium, it’s a problem!

The ingredients state that it contains rice flour. Is that bleached (white rice), wild or long grain rice?

No clue! Call the mfg # that should be on pkg. That's what I do! Good luck.
