Traveling to ireland! Bought this but read I also need appropriate adapter. A lot online are saying not comparable with blow dryers! Recommendations?

Hi, I recently took this item to Spain and Portugal. You need a device that can run at 220V, which this has a setting for AND you also have an adapter for the wall plug. This product comes with an EU adapter as well. If you use your USA 110V appliance with an EU adapter plug, the difference in current can damage your device. In short, this worked great in Europe.
