Not 5cm thick, barely 1 cm...............
The case could hold 5cm of padding but there is barely 1 cm, indeed less. That said it made a difference, turning an excessively hard mattress into a tolerable mattress. Soft and comfy
Good product. Just right amount of padding to give soft comfy feeling.Very pleased. Probably buy another for king bed. Good value.
