I'm very impressed with this product. I've been taking berberine for nearly 2 months and my appetite has been greatly reduced. I'm a OTR truck driver and I used to eat big meals and be bloated a lot. Now, I probably eat 1/3 of the food. I snack from time to time but to insistent hunger is gone and my food pregnancy is gone. Hopefully I start to shed some fat and weight soon.

Took for 3 days. For me, it caused major sleep loss. Definitely caused an upset stomach at night for hours even tho I don’t take it past lunch (intermittent fasting / 8 hour eating window). Normally I sleep 8-10 hours per night. Each night gets worse. Going to stop taking. Anyone else experiencing this? I don’t think it’s a manufacturing issue, I think it’s a potential side effect of Berberine if you are not obese or diabetic.

So far, so good. I’m not diabetic, but I take one capsule about 30 minutes before a heavy-carb meal, and it seems to help keep the glucose spike from getting out of hand. One piece of advice: take it with plenty of water. Trust me on this one. If you don’t wash those puppies down, you’re probably not going to enjoy the experience. It’s become part of my routine whenever I know pizza, pasta, or a mountain of rice is on the menu.

I used this supplement through menopause as suggested by a physician. I can honestly say it is a natural miracle worker! Very minimal side effects Doreen menopause! I believe this supplement was a great help!

I rarely comment on supplements. This product, I feel like I need to make a comment. I first found berberine when researching Ozempic. I couldn't see spending so much money on it. Still can't. We decided to try it, and it has worked well for us. It took a bit for us to notice a change, and then the change was. Our clothes started fitting less tight, our joints were feeling better due to the weight loss,and now, we are losing 5-6 pounds every two weeks or so. We haven't really changed how we eat, but neither of us really get hungry anymore. We both eat smaller portions, exercise is easier, and we feel better. I think this product is effective and I am glad we stuck with it.

On my second bottle and wondering if I was doing it wrong. I've noticed no effect. The. I stumbled on a video that stated this product was tested to have only 10% of it's stated value.
