Bought as a Vday gift for my hubby with no expectation and I was amazed by the quality. Some items are hit or miss on Amazon but it came decently fast for a custom item, its the right amount of heavy that you know it was made right. The picture is fantastic and the message is beautifully written. I'm so happy with this order and will definitely buy from this seller again

This product turned out PERFECT My only complaint is that it's in black and white but other then that my picture turned out great and the words on the back seem nice! Very well put together. The gift box could be better but the overall product is worth the money I will be purchasing again!

I have to change my 1 rating to a 5. To my surprize they redone my order. Its so much better. Thank you!! First of all, the photo is very dull. It actually looks like is covered with a dull film, which makes it hard to make out, and blurry looking. Next, i centered the photo when i placed the order. This photo is very off center, also lopsided, or caddywampus. If that wasn't enough, they are advertising the engraving on the back is black. This is just plain, which makes it very hard to see. I was so anxious to give this to our Grandson for a birthday present. I am so embarrised to give him something that looks like it come out of a bubblegum machine. This is not acceptable. Oh, the metal is showing on the bottom right edge, my point, caddywompus. Very shoddy work. Not worth what i paid.

The keychains were great, I loved them but they were accidentally put into another mailbox that resided at my apartment complex and thank god that it happened to be my downstairs neighbor that also happens to be a honest decent human being and returned them to me. I realize mistakes and errors happen, we are not perfect, but I can safely assume that this kind of thing might happen a little more than people actually realize and to stay aware of where your package really is, and when it was delivered.

One of the gifts I got my boyfriend for Valentine's Day was the small heart keychain featuring a picture is us on one side and "drive safely, I love you" engraved on the other. He loved it and immediately added it to his key ring!

I bought this for a friend. It took much longer to receive than expected. The photo did not cover the whole front of the keychain as expected. However, it was in a very nice box and I could tell it was made well. My friend loved it!
