Rusty container
I had purchased this salt before, no issues. This time the yop of the container was rusted and the salt was just a big clump. So disappointed.

Better than ordinary iodized table salt for baking.

Great baking salt!
One of the best fine grain salts I have found for baking. I make sourdough and love this salt, mixes in beautifully. I do find the containers to have varying levels of rusting on the edge of the metal tin, but I don't think it affects the salt in any way. It does clump quite a bit as well, so I usually transfer it to an airtight container.
