Great product. No Issues with battery. Was charged return fee. Not a happy customer
The entire process from ordering to delivery, packaging, product, was perfect. Until I went to return it. No fault of the battery or manufacturer. I was charged a fee to return the battery. Phone was completely dead. Was hoping battery would help but no luck. In all my orders and with some returns, this was a first that I was charged a return fee. I even returned the charging cable but no fee with that return. Not sure if this was Amazon or 3rd party as to why I had to pay a return fee but very disappointed as I was not expecting this.

Works perfect in my old Note 4
Works perfect.I have an old note 4 that has apps on it that are no longer on the app store. the original battery went bad and it would not turn on with out a battery. I popped the new one in and the hone came on and works well.

The media could not be loaded. The battery is not charging. The battery was delivered completely discharged. This is a defect. I want a refund.Update:The seller kindly sent me a new battery.The new battery quickly ran out of power the first time I charged it.I was very upset yesterday at firstThen decided to charge the new battery again at 100% and decided to check how it would hold a charge for a day.The new battery is now working!Thank you!

Good for the money. Better than 4 other aftermarket batteries I've tried.
Good battery. Follow my instructions. Put to charge overnight on receiving. After around the 3rd charge cycle the battery will operate as expected. It lasted standby for 5 days. I had the phone on and in battery saver mode. Playing music from the web and on Bluetooth lasted over 16 hours of continuous play. Of course results will vary depending on location and usage intensity.

Same charging interval as my lower mah battery

They processed a refund the same day.I have added a third star for great customer service.Reviewed August 10, 2025Not sure if this battery is actually a higher mah, a lower quality, or old stock.I use my Note 4 ONLY for listening to the same white noise track I have for years during sleep. My sleep schedule is fairly the same each night.My other battery really hadn't degraded, but I felt one almost 800mah higher than the old one would allow me longer use between charges.I need to recharge at the exact same intervals as my lower mah battery.Save your money if your old battery still works.
