Pros, decent build, great value for money, uses M-screws so not difficult to modify and find spares, also has an inbuilt tension spring with a screw lock to avoid bounce and slips.Cons, needs minor modifications to run right, those without basic mechanical fitting know how or spares won't be able to run it out of the box, also uses a aluminium drive spool instead of a steel one.Using it on a variable rpm bosch angle grinder, it fits nearly perfectly except for the spool that is offset a bit thanks to a longer drive head on the grinder, so had to add spacers using 12mm nuts and a longer M8 anchor bolt to space and secure the belt bar correctly. Ran it upto 5000 rpm without issues didn't go higher and risk snapping the belts.Grinds pretty well after fine tuning the belt alignment.

For a commercial establishment it's just a waste of money. does not serve the purpose its indented for, very flimsy and really doesn't help much, wanted to return it, then I had already done a trial run with it.
