I ordered this item S/M due to painful nerve in my neck and head. It gives a good support and it isn’t uncomfortable. It fits very well on my slim neck. I attached photo with the measurements.

The size is very good, quality excellent, colour perfect. What I would like to think over is the type of fabric. It is too hot and I didn’t resist for so long time. Use some type of baby cotton that do not rash or sweat.

A comfortable foam neck support and a good fit. Tends to get warm when worn indoors. Has laundry instructions but I doubt whether the material will be durable.
