So much better than the cheap plastic one I had
My first 'built in' soap dispenser was a much cheaper one. I didn't think it made any difference, really, but I was wrong. The cheaper version was plastic and while you really couldn't tell by looking at it, when I compare this Kraus to the cheaper version, I very much can tell the difference in quality and in looks. The cheaper version sometimes shot soap across the sink instead of delivering the soap in a normal regular 'stream' - with the other version sometimes soap would end up on my shirt, while this Krause has a tighter pump to it so I feel the pressure as I press down, and then the soap comes out more controlled. The Kraus pump, as I mentioned above, has a tighter feel to it while the cheaper version I sometimes had to pump a few times as it had a more loose feel or pump. The cheaper version did last 3 years before it quit working, but I am hoping this Kraus will last for years and I expect it to with normal every day use.The Kraus looks so much better than the cheaper version - it's understated - the design also goes well with my simple matte black faucet (wish I'd bought a Kraus faucet now that I know how well made this soap dispenser is!). It has a smaller profile than the cheaper version so it's not taking up much space but also just looks more streamlined. The slim spout looks as if soap will shoot straight out but it doesn't.This Kraus has metal parts versus the cheaper version was all plastic. This Kraus dispenser is heavy and sturdy. The only negative is the bottle where the soap goes is smaller than the cheaper version I had so I'll have to refill it often. But it can be refilled from the top. The bottle did have a washer so that's another nice touch.Be sure to put the washer that comes with the dispenser under the sink - at least that's where I put mine since having it on the countertop pushes the dispenser too high--I don't know if this came with instructions - I need to go check the box again, but it's super easy to install without instructions.Comes securely packaged in the brand's box and not in a plastic bag.I am happy with my order.

Great product, outstanding customer service
A very nice, high end appearance and solid weight/operation that goes great with our brushed nickel fixtures from other brands, and costs significantly less. We’ve been using this for 6 years at least a dozen times a day as our kitchen hand soap dispenser. In that time we’ve seen zero deterioration of the finish, rust or clogging.Soap capacity is fine, requiring filling roughly every 3 weeks with that amount of use. While you can do it from above, it’s hard to see how full it’s gotten and easy to overfill if you rush. Go slow and give thick soaps a chance to settle is our advice. And maybe shine a flashlight in there.Only issue was at one point we noticed the pump had gotten bouncy, sat higher than normal and frequently required us to reattach the metal nut that holds the compressed spring in place (very challenging). After taking a closer look at the manual, realized that the white plastic nut that holds the metal nut/spring compressed and in place had gone missing. Called Kraus hoping to just buy a replacement plastic nut. Instead, after seeing a photo and our Amazon receipt, they sent us a brand new entire fixture—despite being 5y out of the official warranty. Wow. Just earned a customer for life.

Durable Dispenser
Five stars for price and quality. Best stainless soap pump dispenser with a pump mechanism that looks like it will last more than a couple of years. We’re hard on our dish soap dispensers, so I’m picky about durability. If there’s any downside, it is only that the pump rocks and rolls a little more than I might want, but it works great.

Solid product looks good with matching faucet
The media could not be loaded. Pump works well, size is adequate, built very well and dispenses properly. If you already have a hole for the dispenser the install is easy as it comes. Just screw them together from top to bottom

One Issue
This is well made, heavy & stainless steel that dispenses well. My only problem is that it wobbles in place. So when you touch the top it's not sturdy in place, you can wobble it back and forth. I thought, this doesn't seem right, maybe it wasn't seated enough, but applying pressure down on the top didn't help. For a quality piece it should be a tighter fit. For now it works well.

Stylish Simplicity and Quality
The Kraus Soap Dispenser is both elegant and practical, blending seamlessly with my kitchen's decor. Using it is a breeze, deserving a full 5 stars for ease of use. Its sturdiness is impressive, maintaining a firm position without wobbling (5/5). As for value for money, I'd rate it at 4 stars, offering excellent quality and style, albeit at a premium. It's a subtle kitchen upgrade that has simplified my dishwashing routine without cluttering the countertop.

Decorative and well made
I'm in the middle of a kitchen remodel, and just purchased a Kraus sink, and since I had good luck with the company and quality of their products, I decided to try their soap dispenser. I had a working soap dispenser that was relatively inexpensive. This one matches my faucets. The old one was plated to match but this one is heavy duty stainless steel. Even the interior parts are robust. Often companies concentrate on the outside parts that are visible, but the major parts ranging from the shaft to the lock nut to parts in the pump component are heavy duty and made of metal where possible. Some have commented that this is a bit pricey. Compared to cheap ones, the price alone is higher, but for the quality I'd say the price is low. If this were $100, I'd say that relative to faucets the price wouldn't be out of line, but you'd be paying in part for the looks. Compared to the price of a kitchen, this small touch is well worth the price.
