I use this twice a day..once in the morning before the gym and then once before I go to sleep. Seems to give me some pep in the am but doesn’t keep me awake at night. Taste is okay have mixed with coffee and have had it under the tongue. Doesn’t appear to be any negative effects. Buying more!

I liked this product. Used in half dose than recommended. Full dose left a minor side affect with my prescription meds. Not a terrible taste, definitely not sweets. May buy again, trying other brands first.

Very disgusting! Horrible taste and lasts for a long time. Like hours. Even with drinking and eating. Can’t return because it’s labeled “food”. I’ve had other ones that taste like prunes…. More palatable! Will never get from here again

Hoy lo comenzaré a utilizar y luego en la segunda compra les digo como me ha funcionado. Pero en general le doy 5 estrellas y un 100%
