This seems like a very good quality supplement and it certainly worked well for me so I would recommend and buy again. Capsules are individually sealed and easy to swallow with no discernible taste or smell. A little bit expensive but worth the money.

Probiotics can be a great benefit for people with a number of conditions. We use them a lot in our house; from yoghurts to capsules. I got these for my wife.In the box you get 30 blister packed capsules each with a combination of 12 strains of bacteria.Id say that this packaging is unnecessary, I don't see a problem with just having them in a bottle but is probably marketing to justify the price.They're easy to swallow and have no taste to themAt 16 quid for 1 month course these are very expensive.. around 190 per year but perhaps these are quality over quantity. I tried these for a few days and they definitely work!

The capsules are individually packaged in a blister pack - not sure why as other Probiotics I've had were not that way. Perhaps that is there unique selling point that they are "Pharmaceutical " wrapped.The contents though seem very typical of a Probiotic. Although 12 strains is probably a couple more than most.Easy to swallow as such being a capsule but helps if you have them with a sip of water to prevent them sticking in the back of your throat or something.It's a work in progress to see if these have done anything favourable

I like these capsules and partly because the one a day dose is so nicely presented in a blister pack. One a day capsules rather than two a day is always, for me, best because it means I can easily calculate and keep track of how many days/doses I have left.There are no prebiotics (food for bacteria) listed in the ingredients but the probiotic range is good: there are twelve strains listed on the packaging including a few (such as lactobacillus gasseri) which I have not encountered previously and which is not present in my usual supplement.The capsules are very easy to swallow with a drink and very easy to remove from the blister pack.I like the fact that the "scan me" code on the back of the packaging takes me to the Prima Living website with information on probiotics in general and, via the search bar, information on this particular product. The percentage breakdown, on the website, of the different bacteria is very interesting.I do like these capsules and will be buying more. The six billion CFU is not as high as that advertised in some probiotic products but it is fine for my use and in terms of cost effectiveness for a thirty day supply it is, I think, outstanding. The packaging quality and UK address together with the quality of the website gives me some assurance that this is a high quality product. The usual health warnings on the packet - pregnancy, breastfeeding and medical problems requiring consultation with GP before use - are also very clear.

Since taking these I have been less bloated, which means I feel less uncomfortable after eating.

These probiotics are excellent and highly recommended. These capsules contain 12 different strains of bacteria, which is double that of my usual brand. I feel these are more beneficial to me, so I’ll be swapping my usual brand for these in future.I like the fact that they are individually sealed, and am happy with the strength of these. As there is no gelatine in the capsules, they are also perfect for vegetarians or vegans. The pack I received also had a long expiry date of over a year.

I have finished my other probiotic and started to take this one 2 weeks ago.I wanted this particular one as it contains a couple of bacteria strains which are helpful in my case - Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium.Pills are easy to swallow. They don't have any particular taste.This is the standard gelatinous capsule with bacteria strains enclosed.I definitely keep on improving as most of my gut gurgling noises are not there anymore.I also like the fact I need to take one tablet per day so and the package provides a month supply (2 blisters with 15 capsules each)

These are a high dosage probiotic which come in a blister pack which is easier to see if you have taken one than a bottle of tablets. Looks to have all the right stuff and a potent blend to be extra good for the gut. So far so good (dr advised it would be beneficial to take probiotics...the yoghurt drink isnt good enough I was told!). It is quite pricy for one month but not bad with how much it helps.
