No, just the kite. Bar and lines are separate

This looks like a blast, what else do i need to buy to get out and rip? Do you need lesson?

Yes, get a lesson kiteboarding can be a very dangerous sport and lessons can be expensive. If you can I would also buy a trainer kite to get the basics of the wind clock positions before even getting a lesson so you can get to the water sooner. But in regards to what else you still need, you'll have to get a bar and lines for steering the kite, a harness to clip the bar into and a kiteboard to board on. Your local kiteboarding shop should be more than willing to help you make the leap into this great sport. Also, be sure to know what wind conditions are typically like for your area as this will also determine the size kite you need to get riding. You'll hear a lot of people debate on what increment size you should buy your kites at for the wind conditions in your area. It's a very expensive sport to get into but once you spend the initial amount on everything if you take care of your gear it can last you a while. I hope this helps you get into kiteboarding the safe way as getting out on the beach without knowing what you are doing can be life-threatening to you and those around you.
