Angoily Vintage Lamp Shade
The description and pictures did NOT include how the shade was to attach to the lamp. As such, I had to return it because I could not make it work with the lamp I owned.

Worst customer service
The shade is pretty, but it wouldn’t fit my lamp. I requested a refund and was informed the mailing label to return it would be sent via email from the seller. After 3 days, no email. I emailed them requesting the label and nothing. Day 3, emailed again and nothing. Day 4 same thing. Finally on day 5 they emailed me and said they would refund 20% and for me to “give it to friends or family. They will love it.” What?!? NO! I emailed back indicating that was not acceptable and I want my full refund. No response. I am fighting for my refund.
