Hi Raf. As you have now found out this does not come with the SAE71 Fused Lead. We are trying to get that image removed. Apologies for the mix up.

The lead that connects to the battery is sold separately.

Can I use this adapter with usb jump starter to jump start a bike?

I would say not, the gauge of wire the cable is made from is not thick enough.

Does this have quick charge (qc) 3.0 support?

This is not mentioned on the Optimate website nor on the packaging so assume not.
