Bought this for my wife to try in helping curb hunger throughout the day. After a few days she said she noticed the difference at the time of day she usually began to experience cravings. Definitely worth a try!

I took some (just started yesterday) so 2 of these pills one yesterday PM, one this morning. Had to drive somewhere today and my vision is blurred. Find out it's the caffeine like effect causing pressure on my eyes and blurring my vision. Then I looked up the side effects of this and there's a laundry list of things it does not play nice with. To name a few, anti-anxiety meds, anti-depression meds, and nicotine. Do your research before buying. I am assuming the product itself is fine based on what I've seen and wish it would have worked out for me.
