Great Product
I was using another product until I found this one. This product has great chicken flavor without all the salt. It is my go to product for almost everything, soups, stews, gravies and tomato sauce, yes, tomato sauce. It gives the sauce that little bit of extra flavor.

Necessary to use every Holiday Season
This makes wonderful turkey gravy. I add a bit of this to the drippings of my turkey and everyone always asks how I make such flavorful gravy. Better than Bouillon makes fantastic flavor base for so many items. This year, I even make a turkey soup with our leftovers and it was delicious due to this fantastic bouillon base.If you are a seasoned cook or just starting out cooking, Better than Bouillon products are worth the investment. The price may seem high at first glance, but it makes SO much stock and flavoring it is more than worth the price.

Use for fish dishes, but not the strong lobster flavor
Not a very strong lobster taste but it’s a good alternative if you’re making a fish dish. I’m a fan of the chicken variety for most cooking broth use

THIS is something special 🦞
This showed up at the 11th hour after a long wait. I literally needed to start cooking this meal within a half hour of it finally delivering. But, it arrived from the other side of the country in good condition, thankfully, and it is a very unique offering of the Better Than Bouillon lineup. Since many reviews stated that it was pretty salty I only used about a half teaspoon of it, massaged into my raw shrimp along with some garlic powder. I set that aside to marinate for a few minutes while prepping other ingredients, then briefly sauteed the shrimp until about halfway cooked before adding them towards the end to finish off. The shrimp was flavorful and succulent, the dish had a stew-like thickness of gravy that I enhanced with about another teaspoon of the bouillon. Lots of uses anticipated for this Better Than Bouillon in the future.

Don’t add more than called for in recipe.
Finally tried making lobster bisque, but I did a bad thing and doubled the amount of the better than bullion lobster, so soup was bit salty, once I added more liquid it was great. Good flavor, paid a bit much for it since I probably wouldn’t make the bisque very often it will be worth it.
