ATERA022741 Loading rail Strada and Vario rear carrier - aluminium, car loading aid for bicycle transport by car

Only the rail received. No rack at all. Pictures and questions are misleading as there seems to be confusion over this.

Very disappointed as only one rail received and this is not clear in the advertising of this product, bought to use on a cycling holiday to be left unable to use this at all, now have to pay £11.00 for postage to get it returned - not a happy customer!
