An excellent phone . It did not come with screen protection but I did add it. Very easy to use excellent value for the money. Should be very durable given the construction of the 14 pro Max carved out of a solid chunkable and . I love the looks

IPhone came in great condition! Also had a screen protector on it. Charger and adapter were included in the box as well. Battery health was above 80%

It is a very good phone. It met most of expectations. It had only two problems. First of all, it had micro scratches on the screen and the bezels which I feel should not be on an excellent condition smartphone. And lastly, it had a battery health of 85% which I was not expecting. Anyways, "I’m really pleased with my new iPhone; it's proven to be great value for money considering all the features and flaws it offers.". Overall this is a very great product and I will recommend it to friends and family.

I had to make sure Ive had this phone for a while to do a honest review, and it did NOT disappoint! I'm so grateful I didn't get discouraged from the reviews .This phone works great for it to be refurbished..the battery holds up well..it looks brand new!! This phone works great! I am so grateful I would just like to say to the seller. I really appreciate all your hard work and effort as you diligently refurbished these phones. I have bought two already that did not work or had some type of defect or two and come to find out they were not doing a good job at all refurbishing them. I’m a special-needs mother and I don’t have a typical life. I don’t have any spare time to be going through all the nonsense on top of taking care of my two disabled children, so to have a sudden life event such as a needing another cell phone or an upgrade in a cell phone that has better performance and for all to actually go well I can’t tell you how much joy it brought me and how relaxed and happy I was this past weekend. With my sitting of bad luck I was so nervous if you would sell me a GOOD and decent phone. YOU DID! And now as a seller and Phone refurbisher I know I can trust you. I decided actually to switch my family to to iPhone as well so next week I’ll be purchasing another phone and 2 weeks following another one (my finances currently don’t allow me to purchase 2 phones at the same time lol so I will spread them out ) anyway this review is getting too long. The 2 phones I ordered were rated good condition but I believe they should have been rated acceptable. They both had chipping on the bezels, one had a scratch on the screen glass and one had a chip on the camera bump. These defects were all visible at more than 2 feet away. But the battery life’s were 89% on both phones and they worked perfectly after transfer from our two 12 Pro Max phones. So overall I’m satisfied but wish they were correctly rated.

The phone arrived later than expected but I think that was more FedEx's problem than the seller. It was packaged okay and it was the only thing in the box, it did not come with a charger. Kinda bummed about that but it's fine, I have chargers at home. Once I got the phone turned on, everything was fine until I noticed that it did not have a sim card tray. I was unaware that the 14 Pro Max didn't use a sim card so that was my fault. I debated returning the phone for a lower model with a sim card option but I changed my mind and I got everything transferred over to eSim through my carrier. After that absolute headache, everything seemed to be working fine and then my screen started to randomly black out. If the sun hits my screen or I answer a call the screen immediately turns off (without my head near the sensor and on speakerphone). I did some troubleshooting and of course there's nothing online other than to update it or it must be a hardware issue. My luck would seem that's a hardware issue. As of right now, I've had this phone for close to a month and it blacks out every day. It's extremely frustrating because I don't/can't fork out $700 for another phone. As for the phone itself, it was fine visually, no major scratches. The battery life states "100%" and it charges as it should. The black tones in the phone are off meaning they're more for a gray and not completely black, like in the notes app on dark mode. I can't say that I'll buy another phone on Amazon. I'll probably do what I should've done in the first place and buy an iphone directly from Apple.

I’m very happy with it! Came as a dual sim as ordered (I read some reviews that people were ordering dual and received eSIM). Battery is 85% which I’m fine with because it lasts way longer than my iPhone 12 mini that has 84%. Regular wear and tear which is also fine! Really good upgrade for me that I’m pleased with.

It arrived in good condition with 97% battery and I have absolutely no complaints. It's very reliable and I recommend it 100%
