It doesn't have Alexa- at least the 85 doesnt... but otherwise- great picture! I'm not up to date on all the 4k and Ultra and Hertz.... but I will say- watching older movies.... when I first hooked it up... Titanic was on a channel... it looked 10 times better than I remember... the color and flow is impressive. Tv has built in bluetooth.... using youtubetv with it... Good tv. Shipping and delivery was easy as well. 3 hdmi ports... 1 usb port... 1 optical out... antennae coax input as well... Samsung uses a different interface than roku or amazon... but most apps are available.

I love this tv It shows so clear and I feel like I’m in the movie theater.. The picture quality is amazing My husband loves his Christmas gift And I do as well I would definitely recommend Worth the movie all day Thank you Amazon

Huge and a great picture. Everything I wanted. Amazon delivered it cautiously, no damage at all. I got it at a great price. $950 or so. Our couch is about 16-18 feet away. Perfect big tv for our room.

Delivery was as expected. The drivers called to make sure we were home. They were careful with delivering. Set up was easy to do from my phone. The TV is huge. There is no alexa. I love how we can play Xbox games in the cloud and Xbox controller. The entertainment hub is cool. The picture quality is on the dark side but good. The sound quality is not what I expected it's low. Update: about 6 months in the tv no longer turned on. I have been so busy that I have been unable to reach out to Samsung but my intentions are to begin reaching out to see how it can be fixed. For now I’m deducting stars.

Didn’t even last a year but manufacture warranty process is a breeze. Samsung really does try to help.
