I always go for the vanilla one as its a very mild taste and can easily be combined with berries, bananas, ice cream or whatever it is you put in your shakes. Has never failed me and is always money well spent. Highly recommend this for my fellow gym enjoyers. The quality is superb.

I had been using a different brand of protein but had recently bought Carb powder by Applied Nutrition and it’s helped big time in the gym and has caused no digestion issues. TBH I didn’t know much about the brand so had checked out their social media videos and found they are a decent UK company and also tested for what’s in it which is important to me. Picked up a few more of their products and so far everything has been excellent.I got the vanilla ice cream whey and it’s tastes exactly like vanilla ice cream. It reminds me of how ice cream melts in the bowl and you end up with the best bit of the runny melted ice cream, it tastes like that. Mixes easy and doesn’t clump. The powder is very fine. I did use my scale to work out exact serving size and it does say two scoops is 30g. My scales showed one scoop is roughly 20g. I’ve spare 30g scoops anyway so not a big deal. Mixes well with cooked oatmeal too. We will be making protein blondies soon with it.

Great favour and easy to mix

Excellent protein powder! The Vanilla Ice Cream flavor is smooth and delicious, mixing easily with water or milk. It provides high-quality protein, great for recovery and muscle building. Highly recommend for athletes and fitness enthusiasts

Decent protein

Very easy to mix unlike others. I do find the vanilla ice cream a bit too sweet and it repeats on me. That is until I made it 2/3 water and 1/3 milk. Now it's just perfect not overly sweet and never repeats on me 👍👍👍. I'm most of the way through this tub and I'll be buying another
