My friend loves these, will have to hide them so she won't open them before the dreaded day. Good quality biscuits and very buttery to taste, she will be thrilled with them.

It's OK, without being the best shortbread that I have ever tasted. (That was my dear old mum's and the recipe is a closely-guarded family secret!). The fact that I still have some left in february, having bought the pack pre-Christmas says it all really.
