The ambi light is a fantastic feature! Service of Amazon was very bad.
Phillips offers a very smooth viewer experience!! Especially at night, the ambi light relaxes the eye. I tried to imitate this effect with a light behind the TV but it is not the same. I recommend this TV. I bought the TV from Amazon(ae) but it was not delivered. I waited 3 days and chatted 3 times with merely very unfriendly customer service agents, who left the chat and gave me false updates. This was not the perfect Amazon status I know. Therefore I bought this TV in a different store and ordered a second different TV for office. Amazon.ae please have a look into the chats with the agents, I also screenshoted them.
