Aromatic, spicy, versatile... My new favourite spice blend. I have used this on chicken, lamb, paneer (indian cheese much like tofu), as well as in some of the recipes from the Ottolenghi book, Jerusalem. When my addictive secret spice stash had been depleted I was seduced by a well known brand in the supermarket which was slightly cheaper than this one, so thinking every little helps, I gave it a go. No comparison. If anything it is a totally different taste, dare I say almost bland. Spend the extra few pennies on this you will not be disappointed.The postage and packing is ridiculous at £3.99 for a single item however this is the same price for multiple orders.Just wish they would do larger sizes of it and/or look at their p+p pricing.
