Simple and enjoyable
Having previously played a ceramic ocarina some years ago, I thought I'd have another go - basically as a way of learning to read music. Not wanting to purchase an expensive instrument initially, I opted for a plastic four-hole. However, there are a few notes you can't reach, so I've now purchased the six-hole variant. Easy to play and the sound is quite clear. The string broke after only a few uses, but it's easily replaced with a bootlace or other suitable material. The ocarina will bounce if dropped but don't try standing on it!

The picture is right!!!
If you look at the back of the ocarina you will find holes 5 and 6. 4 on the front and 2 on the back I thought that adds up to six??

wrong wording for picture
This picture is clearly a 4 hole hole ocarina and NOT a 6 hole as advertised.Was hoping to buy a 6 hole but glad the picture showed it was only 4.
