how wide are these? have wide foot

They wouldn't fit a wide foot. Perfect for medium

are these shoes waterproof?

No, I can't remember if Columbia said they were, there definitely not.

Do these shoes have a removable sock-liner/insole ? I want to have the option to replace it for a more comfortable fit.

No, the quality of anything Columbia isn't there anymore.

Are these not waterproof ?

Well considering the mesh on the frontal part id guess not
