This Charger is not working with Samsung m31. It worked around 4 months and i am waiting for the new one. I've send Emails and And did calls to them they are just doing stupid mails. just request for replacement. since 20 days they are doing stupid emails...Data cable is not working properly after 2 months...Don't buy its just waste of time and money.....

This Good In This Budget But Small in Size

!!! Its not a Fast Charger !!!, its a normal charger with normal charging speed, good quality product, so i am gonna keep it.

Working good as expected

I bought this because my iPhone used to charge very slowly with old charger.With this charger, the phone charges very fast - it is advertised as 0-50% in 30 mins and in my case (iPhone 12 mini) it charges 20-80% in 40 minutes so the charging speed claim is true. But you should note that it charges 0-50% in 30 minutes but it does not mean that it will charge 0-100% in 60 minutes because the charging speed drops as the battery get charged more. So you can expect that this will charger your phone to 100% in 90 minutes or maybe more. With old charger (5w) it is used to charge very slowly.The charger has dual ports (type-c + USB A) which is comes in handy many times. You should keep in mind that both the ports support 18w charging individually but only when only one is being used. If both are being used then max collective power can be 15w i.e. max 7.5w on both ports. So, don't expect it to charge both phones rapidly when connecting both phones at same time. Normal iPhone charger is of 5w, so if you connect two phones at a time then the charging will be at old speeds. Also, if you connect two phones at a time, the charger becomes little warm but not very hot. If you connect only one phone then it is fine.The build quality is satisfactory (not too good nor too bad). It is all plastic in black color. The pins that connect into the socket are also fine, they fit properly in the Indian socket. The build will feel cheap if you are coming from old iPhone charger as this is all plastic. The charging ports are also fine, the charging cable fits properly and does not become loose.Charging tip - charge your phone only when it goes below 20% and upto 85%, don't remove while on charging, don't keep charging the phone when it has reached 100% i.e. don’t charge overnight, don't charge the phone many times just to maintain battery, and if possible don't use phone while charging (this is because, charging the phone makes it warm and using it will make it warmer and heat is bad for batteries).This charger is very cheap compared to other type-c charger which are only single ports (I bought it for 450 and it is even available for 400 sometimes).If you have iPhone 12 or later then you can get a 20w charger which will charge your phone a little faster than this one. After that they told me that I could extend the warranty (6 months warranty is included with product on registration) on the product by reviewing it on amazon. I told them that I had already posted a review for it and they asked me to share the screenshot on whatsapp and they have extended the warranty by 3 months more. But I think u will only receive the call if you have already registered for the 6 months warranty because I got the call on the number using which I registered warranty on not on the number that is linked to the amazon id from which I ordered.It is good they are asking the customer whether they liked the product and if they have any problems with it (it increased their brand reputation for me). But after that extending warranty for a review (i think that they won't extend warranty if u give bad review, i had given a good review already) is just like buying good reviews to increase sales which is not a good practice.
