I was not expecting much at the price, so I was very surprised at the quality of the items. Robust and the washable items in the set washed well.

Great assortment of cleaning products, only problem is, now I've got to get of my backside and use them....

Overall pleased with kit but disappointed that the big dusters x 2 were not thicker and didn’t reach right into corners without the white end of pole knob keep banging on the ceiling. The bendy one was great on my ceiling fan.

Every item in this set has a really practical function. I really love the telescopic handle, you choose how much you need to extend it for any job you are doing at that particular point.I needed to clean the top of a curved bookcase and found the handle extended to full length really cleaned the top dome of the open fronted book case really effectively. So easy to clean, I simply shook it out over the kitchen bin, and all the dust came free. No need to wash & get it wet. The small crevice brush and flat brush are ideal for radiators and cleaning between the windows on the double glazing where it can be awkward to get in effectively but without over wetting the window surround.The harder coconut shaped brush head is ideal on harder surfaces - I found it amazing on the kitchen and bathroom floors to remove stubborn stains the mop can't tackle.Great value for money, and supports UK business too.

I have given this product 3 stars becausePros - lots of dusting heads that are well made and seem robust, yet soft. The pole has got a very long reach with the telescopic system that folds away to nothing.CONS - the telescopic handles are un lockable so when you apply the slightest pressure to the surface your try to dust the telescopic sections just spin round making it very difficult to use effectively, even when you put a bend in the duster head to create an angle, and then try and swipe the sections in the pole just spin so no pressure can be applied and makes it difficult to manipulate, mine came with no instructions but then there bit in there that I have no idea what it’s for :-) see picGood idea but really needs a lockable telescopic pole to be effective, but then it didn’t cost the earth either, maybe less heads and a better pole

Could have done with something illustrating the various bits as there are a couple of pieces I am not sure of. Also when screwing the various bits on to the handle, found I just went on screwing - nothing tighened solid.
