Which website had this TV as best buy and they are absolutely right. Great picture quality and easy navigation. I would absolutely recommend it for the price.

This TV is excellent, it is very simple to set up, pretty much automatic in that the TV does almost all itself. The picture is brilliant especially showing 4K content (samples on Youtube) Sound is acceptable but seems not to be very customisable, but the default setting is fine. The ability to record and playback to a USB flash drive means that our DVD/HDD recorder is almost redundant. We rarely, if ever need to play DVDs nowadays.It connects easily and wirelessly to the internet and access to the web is straightforward.The TV arrived with minor damage, a small plastic block holding a small red LED, was detached from the lower right hand corner of the frame.It wont go back inside the frame, I have no idea what it does and it is now fixed in place with sticky tape. Also, the audio output socket that I need to connect the sound output to my HiFi system is faulty. The optical audio plug doesn't stay in place, again it's secured with sticky tape.I have read a comment that the remote control is rather small and some of the buttons are hard to use, I agree, it is fiddly. I have ordered another different, but compatible remote controlThese faults are so minor that I can't be bothered with the fuss of sending it back.All in all, this is a brilliant TV and I don't hesitate in recommending it.

This TV was great at first very easy to set up and use. Not even 2 years old and the TV is unusable due to a random message popping up intermittently and freezing all the functions. Waste of money.

Good picture and sound, 4K excellent as well as freeview upscaling.Smart apps very good and fairly easy to use.One big gripe is that subtitle access is tortuous to turn on and off, so if you need this then AVOID this Make and model!My wife used to our 6yr old Sony that had simple ST button finds it tedious to use beciase whilst you are working your way thru the menu to access ST, the set has a voice that insists on telling you what button your on (despite voice being turned off, AAARRGGHHH)Cobtacted Samsung to ask why in the 21st century we have to go thru several menu settings to get a simple thing like subtitles on screen.They said 'we are sorry for the incoveniance, you can use the menu to turn this on. No good when other makes have a simple button to toggle it on and off, but Samsung cant be bothered!.Another problem is this and I gather a few others in this 6000 series, is it cannot come on from Stby if you set it to change channels when you mark something in the prog guide. So if you want to have the set to come out of Stby at the time your proj is about to start then forget it. Samsung havent thought about it and so the set will sit there while your reading your book and you will miss the programme! Easy to arrange in modern sets. Once again my 5 year old Sont had this and boy do I miss it!!While we talking useful function, what possesed them to think that only allowing a minimum time of 4 hours before the set switches to Stby if no one is actual watching the set (like youngters having watched their programme leave the room or you or your grand parent falling asleep in front of the set half way thru the late film).).Hate to say it but the old Sony had a minimum of 1 hour upward increments for this for this useful power saving feature.Again an update could make this a useful facility by allowing increment of 1,2,3,4 hours and if no one see's the on screen warning that the set is about to goto Stby unless a button is pressed.Should be easy to do in an update but I wont hold my breathe.Before you ask, yes I kept the 'old' Sony for another room as its still going strong.You know what this set would be cutting edge feature wise.....in the 1990's.Samsung seem to have robots reading from scripts that are incapable of deviating from the company line.

This is a great TV great sound and picture. Easy to use ... very light. Worth the money.

I am very happy with the TV itself. All the spec's are great and works perfectly. I ordered online as was going to get delivery the following day but item was dispatched the next day with email confirmation of delivery but it only arrived late the following day which was a big disappointment as if I had known this I would have gone in store to buy it so from a customer service point of view I was very disappointed but the product itself is perfect. I would recommend this product but probably not the seller.
