This product is listed on Amazon as a Cyanoacrylate Adhesive. Is this a cyanoacrylate adhesive? The product I received seemed like an epoxy adhesive.

It's not cyanoacrylate - that's super glue or nail glue, that fuses skin and everything else and usually is single use, because it also fuses the cap. This is also not epoxy, which is 2 part. The writing on the tube is microscopic, and clearly not written by an English speaker, but here's what I know from using it. It is like rubber cement on steroids. I have used it for jewelry, but for this answer I will bring up it's use for fixing a leather (suede, actually) piece for a ren faire. It doesn't set instantly, like super glue, and when it dries, it is flexible. Again, I used it on a suede baldric to secure a thong (stitching) that had come loose. Flawless, flexible and invisible. This stuff is amazing. I looked it up, and (with a lot of work, and depending on the porosity of the items glued) it can be removed, but I would be very careful not to glue what you don't want joined forever. It also does NOT seal itself in it's tube after the first use, never to be used again. I love E-6000 for jewelry, but even a large tube is one and done - you can't use it again unless you invest in disposable tips. I think this may be my new favorite permanent glue. But to answer your question, I really don't know what the heck it is. I just know it works for me, and it doesn't take my skin off if it touches my skin.

Will this stick aluminium

I've used it to stick a cabochon into a stainless steel tray bezel

Would this be ok for Jewellery? I do kumihimo as well so would it be ok for the cords too?

Yes. I have used it on jewelry and suede, so I believe it would work on cord as well. This is my new favorite craft glue.

Super strong glue for jewelry repairs and craft work

this is a great product!! I needed it to mend a favorite ring whose big stone had fallen out (it had previously been glued in and wasn't a super fancy setting). It worked exactly as the instructions read - also VERY very good fine metal nozzle at tip of the tube so the glue emerges very finely and you can use it very precisely. Quick wipe of it when finished and the lid portion kind of slots into the tube and keeps teh glue inside. GREAT value to buy 3 for the price on here - and have gifted one to my daughter. ps my ring was silver metal with a pearl stone and it bonded perfectly.

Just works

Using this glue to connect my multicolour 3D prints and it’s been great to work with so far, probably went through about 10 tubes so far! Thanks to the super slim nozzle it applies super easy and dries relatively quickly ) it does state on the tube it’s between 24-72 hours drying time I believe, but it sticks well within the first 10 minutes of applying)

Bought to stick down rhinestones on a book cover. Did a good job but the glue kept coming out so was a bit messy. I loved that the lid had a needle on to clear the tube! Would rebuy!

Brilliant glue for crafting

I do a lot of crafting and miniature making and this is probably the best glue I've used! - brilliant, strong hold, dries pretty quickly, the applicator is brilliant and doesn't dry out in the tube like most others I've used.Great quality, great price.

This glue is brilliant. I use it a lot for my different craft projects. I would recommend buying the large tube it not only lasts longer it’s better value for money. This size tube goes a very long way. Another recommendation is please use in a well ventilated area or if you can sit near an open window.
