These are good I just have bad acid reflux ,they gave me heartburn

I love it. Keeps me regular to a point where my bowel movement is on a schedule of 30 minutes after I wake up. Pre-Pro-post in one supplement! I appreciate the overall health consistency I benefit from in taking this supplement.

I used this product which said it contained black pepper extract which is beneficial for your health. The next time I ordered it, assuming it contained the same ingredients, it contained black cohosh which can be detrimental to your liver health. I will not order this again. I try to be vigilant knowing what I’m putting into my body, but this company should also make you aware!

I’ve been on probiotics for years, thinking all vitamins and such were created equal…after still having health issues, I did some research and found Stonehenge. I haven’t had any issues since i started using them! Would recommend.

I expected more from this product…I decided not to stay on it.
