best magnet blocks !! completely encapsulated magnets and strong. my 2.5 yr old loves them and we got this set to expand his building capacity since original set given 3 months prior.

This is an attractive collection of magnetic tiles. They are well-made and are easy to build with. Thirty pieces may sound like a lot, but if you have a serious builder or want to make a variety of things beyond basic builds and designs, know that this is more like a starter set. The set comes with an ideas booklet, but you won’t be able to make a lot of it because there aren’t enough pieces are you lack the shapes. This set alone is sufficient for a younger kid, but an older kid might wish for more!

They are enought to keep a kid busy for a while, they can create all kinds of geometric designs. Just note that the magnets are very strong, and it may be hard for smaller children to separate the pieces. My grandson got frustrated pretty easily asking for help. I was surprised at the strength of the magnets myself so... I now just use this as a fidget toy. Not recommended for smaller children. Ok for 10 and up in my opinion.TADA!

CONNETIX magnetic tiles are one of the best brands out there, and this geometry pack was a great addition to our collection of tiles. Especially the hexagonal tiles as we do not have any others of this shape. The materials used by CONNETIX are very high-quality. The magnets are strong; I can hold up at least 6 tiles in a row. And the plastic is very sturdy. We've had several tiles stepped on and no cracks appeared.

Already having quite a collection of magnetic tiles in mainly squares and rectangles, wanted to add to the collection and encourage creative builds with some triangles. Found this set that comes with:- 6 Hexagons: 1 of each red orange yellow green blue purple- 12 Equilateral triangles: 2 of each red orange yellow green blue purple- 12 Isoceles (tall shaped) triangle: 2 of each red orange yellow green blue purpleReally great add on. The colors are vibrant, and magnetics are firm. Connetix tiles are compatible with Magnatiles and Playmags, both of which we have. Magnets are larger, i believe the Magnatiles were the smallest. So it lines up with the magnets being strong in Connectix (& Playmags) versus the Magnatiles.These are safe toys, made of a non-toxic ABS plastic. So it is BPA and Phthalate free. The magnetics are secure, ultrasonically sealed and riveted .Priced $55 at time of order and review, for the 30 pieces. Averaging $1.83 per piece. Most magnetic tile enthusiasts agree that Connetix is the best brand of magnetic tiles. The magnet strength, clarity of color, and customer support are unparalleled! This is an interesting expansion to grow your collection, but its usefulness does depend on how you like to build and play. Personally, I find the tall triangles to be quite useful for constructing "domino runs" (both for curves in those runs or as easy-to-restand dominos), for building ramps, and for roleplaying a pizza shop. There's a nice set of 12 here (a complete pizza). However, I find the small triangles to be the least useful piece, and there are many of them in this kit. I find hexagons interesting and sometimes useful, but I rarely need more than four at a time, so this seems like more than I would ever need. Overall, I think I prefer other Connetix sets for their combinations of pieces, and I find them to be more useful (and many of the larger sets would subsume this kit), but the quality is excellent regardless, so if these are the kinds of shapes you want, definitely don't hesitate to order this kit.
