The plastic this wrap is made off is strong, stretchy and sticky as it should. I was able to walk normally after wrapping my knees. The plastic is thick enough to not tear, yet easy to cut by hand. I was able to wrap my own upper arms easily. Good quality, comfortable and good price for 100 meters! I'm using the wrap in combination with cellulite oil.
