Perfect for why I bought it. I wanted a windows laptop that could run Protools Studio and other recording/ digital media editing software. Nice picture, fast start up, 64 ram is great and 2Tb SS drive. Touch screen is cool for building guitar rigs on a Fender Tone Master Pro. Does exactly what got it for. No Complaints. Chris

I didn't know much about PC laptops.. however, I've worked with PC laptops for most of my career. I really got lucky with this one and I have no regrets. It's fast.. got good battery life.. doesn't overheat.. nice keyboard. That's not loud... Absolutely love this computer!!

Really don’t know where to start with this review. I purchased this laptop January 2025 starting in September. I have had nothing for problems spent hours and hours on the phone with HP. They even made me purchase a disk which cost me $40 which was a waste they finally sent a box so we could send it back which I did after two weeks. I called to see the status and they told me they couldn’t work on it because the serial number didn’t match the paperwork finally I got that all straightened out and in a week my laptop was back with the same problem. Spent another 20 hours on the phone with HP and still nothing took it to Best Buy which is an authorized HP dealer and I had to purchase a Best Buy warranty for $200. They told me that my ram was bad and their warranty didn’t cover parts. HP would have to repair it after several more hours on the phone with HP. They would not admit that the ram could be bad. The computer would freeze would shut down. I would have to restart so I went back to Best Buy again and they took it apart and said the motherboard will not accommodate a 64 ramp it’s only good for 32 ram so I told him put 32 ram in it. I need a laptop so they agreed but they told me that I got ripped off because I paid almost $900 for 64 gig laptop and now it’s only a 32 gig called HP again they said I would have to contact Amazon because I bought it through them a few more hours on the phone with Amazon and Amazon said I would have to go through the third-party which is PC online. Amazon sent them for emails which they never answered I am very frustrated and feel I should be compensated something for the extra $240. I dished out and I really didn’t get what I paid for. Of course no one wants to do
