Great for frozen shoulder therapy

Works as advertised
Worked well. I’ve only used it 4 times so far but seems to perform adequately. Not noisy or squeaky but a nice bearing in the pulley would be nice. On the other hand, the cost is reasonable and I don’t plan on using this for more than three months to recover from rotator cuff surgery.

Dangerous Item! Beware!
I bought this at the suggestion of my ortho doctor to help with my recovery after rotator cuff surgery. They seemed fine at first but then one night while using the red stretch band it suddenly broke. It did not come untied it literally broke while under pressure of me pulling on it! The rest of the band came back and slapped me on my bare arm! Imagine being snapped with a very very large rubber band at full pressure. I had a very large red welt and bruising on my right bicep. Very painful to say the least! Use with caution ⚠️ Update: They have reached out to me after seeing my review and they offered a full refund and replacement. They also want the old broken band back so they can send it to the manufacturer to try and determine what went wrong. They have done the right thing to correct this and make it right.

A good kit for post rotator cuff surgery
This therapy kit is very useful. I used it to help me gain mobility of my arms. I bought this brand because it offers me some sort of support. I had massive rotator cuff operation and made the mistake of going to PT (physio therapy) from week 2. Well, I was just so worried if this cause me a proper recovery by moving too soon when I discovered I should allow the wound to heal.. I switch to another clinic and start by using this kit at home. I am keeping my fingers cross that my healing and recovery is good. (no tears)

Great for home therapy following shoulder surgery
My husband had shoulder surgery and after progressing from therapy at office, was given therapy exercises to do at home. This fit the bill!! Highly recommend for anyone that will have shoulder surgery!

I'm in PT and OT and am using for therapy
I fell during the holiday and got a tear in right shoulder, reinjured the right hip and sciatica on my sewing table and sprained my left ankle. I also landed on both knees that have really bad osteoarthritis that I get injections of gel in and it was too soon to get it done. The therapist suggested this one it had all that I needed plus a little more and it's in a bag so I'm trying to do some parts every day and the shoulder and ankle are getting better but I have to go to a different orthopedic doctor for the lumbar /sciatica. It used to be one doctor did most parts, now each part gets a new doctor. Am not happy with that but this works very well.
