is this a total module replacement product?

Yes, That's correct. This is a complete module replacement. The thumbstick module is all new components.

Is there any way to use the concave stick caps instead of the domed ones that come with this?

The concave sticks that came with the C40 will not fit the Evil replacement. They have different size shafts.

Whats the screw size? The tip came damaged and cant unscrew them

A T5 or T6 size hex bit will work, T6 is better fit.
