On top of that, the return process has been unnecessarily difficult. Rather than arranging for an easy pickup, I am now forced to handle the shipping myself, costing me additional time and money, on top of that, completely unhelpful, customer service from M AMVR’s part. This is far from the level of service I expected, and I will not be purchasing from M AMVR again.
