For those who complain about Drivers, just change your cheap wire cables with quality ones. For Bluetooth not connecting, your earphone/headphone is probably connected to some other device, turn off other bluetooth devices. Best choice for budget people, havent faced any problem since purchase using since July 2024. Doing bitcoin mining right now, little bit slow. Well it was designed for budget purpose and overall, not performance or any hard task. So its best for somebody like me. Good brightness, Battery life even during 100% cpu use during mining it lasts for hours. Cannt say for sound coz I run mostly on Headphones.

Laptop is good but driver not responding n Bluetooth not working I requested Amazon n zebronics for help to solve this problem

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Don't purchase. Warenty will be provided for 1 year but no response from Amazon and Zebronics. After 1 year screen not working and problem can't solveable .

I bought this laptop during sale and i gave up my 13year old Acer laptop in Exchange - Overall i got this Laptop for ~31k (16gb, 512gb, i7) Firstly, I did notice mild electric current when the laptop is charging but it is only at metal surface which top of screen - i dont touch it anyway :) Here is my feedback per feature: Usage - i use this laptop atleast 3-4hours a day for productivity purposes - i dont play games and i mainly use it for programming Build quality - The laptop looks great initially however after some time the usage marks on keyboard, touchpad appear quickly, the hinges which hold the screen could have been improved, the screen falls down if it at a certain angle and is not firm Although it says metal body but feels plastic all over. Keyboard - this full keyboard is missing one column in the number pad - usually the last column contains + - and enter key but they have omitted that here and it will take sometime to get used to. In short keyboard is not full. However overall it is ok to type to - there is ample space for wrist support. Heat dissipation - the Fans are right at the bottom and they make a lot of noise when laptop is heated - you will need a cooling pad to keep this laptop cool and if you plan work on your lap wear insulated clothing - in short this laptop cant work on a lap :) Fingerprint - it is new feature for me in laptop and it works sometimes and sometimes it doesnt Video / Audio - No complaints. Battery - With the apps which i run i get 1.5-2hours of backup easily however i assume this would go down eventually but i don't mind keeping it plugged in Cost - I dont think this laptop is made for rough use - if taken enough care this would survive for years and this configuration at 31k is definitely value for money - similar configuration is minimum 10k more Lastly, i will recommend this laptop for students and people like me who are on a budget

Just bought 3-daya back.. received in good condition... Performance very good for day today works. But lack many little little features which reputed brands like HP, Dell, Lenovo etc provide like backlit Keys, scroll on touch pad, better front camera/webcam , detachable battery, Microsoft Office etc. The only advantage is it's i7 processor with 16 GB RAM, 1TB ROM and economic cost. Battery back up 3-5 hrs depending on use... let's see after few months

Size:- 4.5/5 (compact, yet perfect) Battery life:- 4/5 (lasts 3-4hr from 100-20%, can't complain coz it has powerful processor) Performance:- 5/5 (best in the segment of 30-35k price range, can handle any task without any problem and processing is extremely fast) Keyboard:- 3/5 (keyboard has some issues from the start. Might be issue in my model, but the feel of this keyboard is nice) Quality and fit n finish:- 4/5 Overall rating:- 4.5/5 (I bought this product on Amazon great indian sale and it was priced 32k with offers.. u can get it for less than 30k too, it's a damn nice product and there is no competition against this laptop.. best in the segment)

for study purpose and watching movies very good product... bt for using work only its having some disadvantages like screen stucking, internet problems slow working and the biggest problem is this product items only not available at all time.. currently iam facing problem with wifi.. The wifi option only not showing from last 3 months iam facing this problem sometimes it will come sometimes it will go like that...
