Great pc. Fast and very quiet. Definitely recommend. Graphics card is great.

It's pretty good.
So, I bought this computer about three years ago and so far it's been working just fine. I have even been able to play games such as Cyberpunk and Red Dead Redemption 2 with no flaws. It put a two terabyte memory in it since mine only came with 500 gigs and i really would recommend the newer models if someone were to want a cheap PC.

useless, waste of money
exactly one year after I but it goes out, Contacted Amazon, at first they said they WOULD refund, then they said there's nothing they can do. Contacted the manufacturer after days and several hours of holding NOTHING they can do. BBB has several complaints against them . they wont respond to me. I ended up buying my son a new one from Best Buy, waste of money, time and so stressful to get any help. Now the tower is sitting in my closet. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM

Worthless piece of crap right out of the box
For $1000 dollars, you would think they would include a user's manual but, no, you have to go to their site and the people there are rude and not very helpful. I can't even USE my computer right now. It should have been ready to go without me having to disassemble and reassemble the wretched thing. I have a second call into customer support but have been on hold >30 minutes. Skytech will NOT be receiving any further business from me and I may well be returning the miserable thing.
