If you look at the potency of the vitamins, this is at less than 100% RDA for some of the vitamins. More importantly, when someone has deficiency, vitamins are prescribed in high doses. For instance, when doctor prescribes vitamins, they're are 10 to 20 times more than standard RDA. Note that all of the vitamin is not observed by the body, so you'll not be getting any benefit using this. A good quality multivitamin that you find on Amazon has all B-vitamins with similar or better potency. Don't waste your money on this, better get a multivitamin if you still want to consume b-vitamins at this potency.
