Ambison Matte Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy Tab A11+/A9+ 11'', 2 Pack

First, I love my screen protectors but HATE installing them, they are a colossal pain and always have bubbles and such. This screen protector, didn't do any of that. I followed the directions to a T and when I placed the screen protector on the tablet to install it, it was like watching a ripple across the water the way it perfectly adhered to the screen. I barely had to touch it and it just did it's thing. It was so beautiful it almost brought a tear to my eye. I'm actually excited about my sons tablet coming in so I can install the screen protector on his with the other one in the pack. The protector itself is super soft feeling and does not affect the touch sensitivity, in fact I think it helps a little bit. And the best part is, it's anti glare so when I'm looking at the tablet I can see what's on the screen instead of the guy in the back of the class digging in his nose or EVERY light on in the near vicinity. I don't get why electronics don't come with anti glare screens, but I will 100% be using this brand from now on if I ever need more screen protectors. I'll be looking in to getting one for my S24 Ultra in the VERY near future. I will also hopefully remember to get a video of the install on the next tablet and add it to this review if it'll allow me to.

Apparently those who have complained about this screen protector lack the basic skills required to install this and most likely even a cell phone protector. This installs the exact same way! No hassles, no problems of any kind! And it's good value for the money. I purchased this protector for my Samsung Galaxy Tab 8A. It fit perfectly, was easy to install (there's a YouTube video available if you need a little extra guidance) and reduces glare on the screen nicely. Not 100% mind you, I'm not sure any protector could offer that type of glare protection. But the improvement is excellent!

I have always found my tablets useless outside due to the reflections. Sunny, cloudy, in the shade, didn't matter. I tried this screen protector on a whim, and it has been a game changer. No issues using a tablet outside now. Installation went easily enough and as expected took a few days for some of the visible spots to disappear. Works very well with the S-pen and does give the feel of writing on paper. UPDATE: I have had this now for seven months and initially I gave it a 4 star. The reason was when using the pen, the screen retains a very faint memory of the tracings that were apparent when viewed at an angle. This was minor but annoying. However, it has always been easily cleaned and continues to look new. I now grab my tablet for use outdoors without giving it a second thought. In hindsight I feel my "tracing issues" was just being petty. So, I have changed this to a 5 star.

I was very frustrated with the installation of this screen protector. The video, of course, makes it look easy using the “hinges.” But since both the tablet screen and the cover of the screen protector that you peel off are very slick, it’s extremely difficult to position it correctly. I ended up using Scotch tape near the top of the protector to help align it. I had to use both screen protectors, as the first one’s niche for the front camera was not aligned correctly. Two hinges are not enough to keep it aligned, either. It shifts too much. I used an additional four pieces of Scotch tape to hold it steady. I did finally get it installed and it adhered very nicely with few bubbles, which I was able to easily remove. I like the matte finish very much, and so far have had no issue with the sensitivity.

I installed two of these on Tab A8s without issue quickly and no bubbles or dust under the protector. The kit came with everything I needed to get the dust removed. I used a can of compressed air but am not sure if it didn't stir up more dust. I do recommend removing the plastic from the cover on the protector away from the glass of the tab 8 as it produces a lot of static that could attract dust. Starting the install at one side I gently attached it left to right pressing with my left hand removing the air while my right hand held the right edge a little off the glass. On my first install there was a piece of dust almost in the middle. I gently lifted and removed it with my fingernail and reattached. The anti-glare is perfect as shown one of the product videos. In the past I have used the plastic protectors but now that I have this glass version, I do prefer it.

I had a previous screen protector and it was super reflective. I had to get this one for the anti-glare. The protection is more or less the same. But the glare is incredibly reduced (see picture). The touch feels more matted, not sure how to explain that. It has more texture than the smoothness of glass. I was worried about the touch response, but it seems better than the smooth glass feel in terms of reducing mistouching for typing and COD Mobile type games. I think (my guess is) that it conducts the touch heat differently. I would recommend this over the other brands, based on anti-glare alone.

Over the years I’ve installed numerous screen protectors on mobile phones and tablets and never encountered the problems I did with the Ambison screen protector - especially with air pockets/bubbles. I followed all the enclosed directions and watched the instructional video. I ensured my tablet screen was spotless and dust free. Yet, when I installed the screen protector on my brand new Samsung Tab A tablet it did not seal properly and air pockets and bubbles immediately formed that were impossible to remove. Especially troublesome was an air pocket approximately one inch wide that stretched across the entire top portion of the tablet, along with several small nuisance air bubbles on both lower corners. I installed both included screens with the exact same results. Moreover, another problem with the screen protector is that the camera cutout was not centered, although it appeared that it would “probably” work. Ironically, included with the instruction packet was a notice from the manufacturer stating that if you encounter any problems with the screen protector – to include air bubbles – to please contact their customer service department before returning it or writing a negative review, bragging that there is no problem they cannot fix and that they are committed to putting a smile on every customer’s face. Right! I sent them two separate emails in an attempt to resolve this issue and never received a reply. So much for their customer service commitment!! I returned the screen protectors to Amazon for a full refund. There are much better products out there for half the price. Also, be advised that only 2 screen protectors are included, not the usual 3 that come with other similar products. I believe there is an inherent flaw with this screen protector prohibiting it from sealing correctly. I do not recommend this product. Don’t waste your time and money.

Decent, standard glass screen protector. I decided to go with a different brand, as after installing this one I realized that it is not as matte as I prefer. While it does offer some reflection and glare reduction, it is not as matte as other brands. My finger does not glide across the surface as easily as it does with others, and I also found that it is quite prone to fingerprints and smudges. If you're looking for an inexpensive screen protector that is only slightly matte finish, I'd recommend this one if you're in a pinch.

After 3 months of use looks like this is a life long protection for this tablet, best I ever had.

A lot of other matte protectors on here are just a film, which lead to it not feeling as good or getting bubbles during install. This protector is true tempered glass, just with a matte finish. Went on with one small bubble, but it was easy to get out by just pushing it to the edge with a microfiber cloth. Feels super smooth, and no fingerprints. Anti glare quality on it is fantastic. I use a tablet in my car as a radio and this protector has improved the experience tenfold. Would absolutely recommend over any other matte screen protector.

I have installed quite a few screen protectors and have never had this much trouble getting rid of air bubbles. I follwed the instructions on both, but still ended up with bubbles. Now both are in the garbege
