I'm pleased with this product. It seems to be well made, and everything you'd need to use it is included, e.g. battery, charger, etc... It's not overly large, so you can place it with relative ease on whatever you are looking to use it. It has a nice thick, strong velcro strap. The lights appear to be fairly bright.I can't speak to how well it does with all the claims of red light, as I got this to try out red light, and I have not been very faithful with it. But given that red light works for you and you're looking for a mobile solution, or you're looking to get into it as well, then this is a solid option to go with.It does get a little warm while using it, but I wouldn't say that's a bad thing. Where I will be critical on it is regarding the interface. There's only two buttons, and there's a few different functions to choose from, and unless you have the manual or memorize what's going on (which also wouldn't be hard if you use it a lot) it is slightly confusing to know exactly what setting it's on.Overall, it's a quality product and I feel good recommending it.

It needs two battery packs for sure it needs to come with them too for the price

We gave this belt a try for some problems my husband has been having and he thinks there has been an improvement in some of his conditions when using the red light therapy. The belt works as expected when charged and it doesn't take a long time to charge it back up. It's easy to store and clean. If you're looking for this type of light therapy belt this is an excellent choice.

I've been reading the benefits of red-light therapy for a while now and have wanted to try it but could never find an affordable option until this belt. For the price I gave it a try and it's great. It's particularly helpful for cramps and really helps relieve soreness after a tough workout. I'm so glad that I gave it a try.

The product does not do much. Also, how often and how long should the battery be charged? This is important.

I gave this a shot because I have a red light wrist guard that I got from the FSA store that seems to really help ease my carpal tunnel symptoms. With this being a tummy belt, it is difficult to say if the effects of red light therapy are providing the benefits this company claims, but I can feel tingling as if my cells are moving or doing something. However, this belt is extremely comfortable to wear, and I would classify it as one size fits all. As a plus-size person, I had no issues getting it to fit and didn't find it uncomfortable/squeezing, etc. I have sensitive skin, and the red light did not bother me at all.The belt comes with a rechargeable battery pack that you place in a pocket on the belt to plug it into and make it wearable. It charges via USB-C (included but works with any cable) and then can charge other devices. The battery pack is removable, so you can use it for other devices. The battery pack has two ports for charging devices, so it is really handy to have when not using it for the belt. It is also a small square, so relatively low-profile.The belt controls are mostly simple, though you will need to read the guide to understand what the different modes are and what they are for. There is not a power on/off button - you use one of the buttons labeled as something else to turn it on and off, so that is the only slightly confusing thing about the controls. Otherwise, it is user-friendly and self-explanatory. The built-in timer is a great auto shut-off feature and works well. I prefer all my devices to have an auto shut-off so I do not need to think about it or accidentally overdo it. This device is so comfortable that I might forget I'm wearing it, so an auto shut-off is a really good idea.Overall, I really enjoy this item and will continue using it. I appreciate the size inclusivity and comfort in the design, as well as the additional functionality of the removable battery pack and the multiple mode options. One of the modes is basically no light at all, so you can even wear this discreetly, which shows thoughtfulness in design. The additional functionality and comfort make it seem like a great value in the field of red light products.

The Comfytemp Red Light Therapy Belt is well made and I found the instructions easy to understand and thorough. I have been using it daily for a few weeks for lower back issues and arthritis in my knee. I find that it really limbers me up for a couple hours, an encouraging early result. I like how comfortable and portable it is so I don't have to be stationary. It has 7 rows of lamps spaced well and they sufficiently cover my lumbar area as well as wrap around my knee. There are 2 strengths and 3 modes so I can adjust according to the type of healing I need. I have had no skin sensitivity from using this device, even at the highest strength. The battery pack tucks away in a convenient pocket and I generally recharge after 5 or 6 20-minute sessions. I also appreciate the auto shutoff after that 20 minutes. I'm hopeful this Comfytemp belt will bring me some longer lasting relief in time from the increased circulation and reduction of inflammation you can expect from red light therapy. Highly recommend and it would make a thoughtful gift for an achy loved one!

I've heard good things about red-light therapy and I have lower back pain so I jumped on the opportunity to try this product. It's advertised to have anti-inflammatory effects which should alleviate some pain in theory but I'm just not sure if it's working or not after a week of daily use. Once turned on, it gets slightly warmer than body temperature and that basically sums up the product experience.On the pro side, the red light LEDs are super bright enough to make me grimace from a couple of feet away and appear to be the real deal, but I'm no expert so my observation means absolutely nothing here. Further, the included battery pack lasts for about 6 sessions and charging takes about 2 hours which is plenty in my opinion. To conclude, I just haven't experienced any relief from using this device thus far. I gave it a middle-of-the-road 3 stars as the product is functional but how effective it is is still up in the air. On that note, I'll post an update in a few months for a final review.
