This review is for the MoNing Anti Snoring Nose Vent 8 Nasal Cones.So, I am a many-years user of the stick-on type of nose strip that help you "breathe right". For me, it's less about snoring, and more about that when the weather is warm, I deal with allergies; when the weather is cold, I deal with colds (and also sometimes allergies 🙃). The stick-on nose strips are pretty pricey, and the cost really adds up when I'm using one every single night of my life. (And sometimes two, because on top of everything, I have a pretty oily nose, so the first one sometimes doesn't stick.)I've seen products like these nasal cones before, and thought they looked RIDICULOUS. But when I got the chance to try these, I figured, hey, may as well.And to my complete and utter shock - I kind of love them? Right when I got them, I tried the largest solid one out, thinking it would be funny, but when I got it inserted, it was a total revelation.These actually, genuinely keep my nasal passage open. And I find them just fine to sleep with. And now, I pretty much don't have to spend money on nose strips again? I mean, seriously, I'm just as surprised as you are.Now, of course, your mileage may vary! For me, I really liked how far into my nasal passage these extended, bc I felt like almost the whole length of my nose was unblocked. But I admit that this sensation might not be for everyone! I think my nose is pretty average-sized, I just think I deal with a stuffy nose so often that any discomfort that these things might give me is totally eclipsed by the sensation of being able to breathe clearly.So, overall for me, I love these things! So excited to be spending less money and making less waste.EDIT: After using these for a while, I have noticed that my nose gets SO cold at night using these! Now, it's winter where I live, and my partner and I turn the heat down to 61 at night to save money. So, it is definitely not a super cozy temp at night. I have no idea why, but somehow wearing this during these cold nights makes my nose WAY cold. As much as I like these, I have decided to wait for warmer nights to try using them again regularly. I don't really blame the product for all this, though, and this again might be a "your mileage may vary" sort of thing, but I wanted to let folks know.

I've used better, more effective, and less intrusive nasal dilators before, but these work okay. They are, however, WAY too long. Felt like it was going all the way up my nose and into my sinuses. I trimmed a pair of the solid ones to about half as long, and that worked okay. The small ones are SMALL -- I usually need very small things for my nostrils, but I think I used the L size in these (third biggest). Long story short: I wouldn't buy these again, but they do help a little bit with some adjustments.

I have used anti snoring nose clips before but nothing quite as unique as this design. I like that there are several different sizes and shaped devices to choose from I also like that they're reusable just wash and reuse. When I first started using the nose clips it took a while to get used to but getting use to these was a piece of cake. They fit comfortable inside the nasal passage and they seem to help my snoring because I haven't woken up in several days with my husband leaning over me to put a pillow over my nose. lolThe price is great so buy several I would definitely recommend this product
