Bought for my husband for christmas he was really pleased with it. Its just a pity and not for the first time it was delivered to the wrong house and I had to chase all over the neighbourhood to find my parcel this is about the 5th time parcels have gone to the wrong house. I would have ordered another one but I will not order anything else unless its click and collect.

I had to chase up my delivery, and to the sellers due they answered immediately and apologised for the delay and promised it would arrive with me in just over a week, it arrived a few days later and I couldn't be happier with it, it is sturdy enough, and a good height for a very tall man

Load of rubbbish i had to deburr the coller under where handle attatches it was terrible ended up in hospital getting 7 stiches put in my finger it was not even even as one side was 1 inch on thee other 1.4 of an inch totaly badly made dont buy this you will regret it i will also have to sand and restain and linseed it a toal mess took far to long to arrive over 4 weeks

Since I am an amputee, I absolutely need a stick, and I need it to be the right length. Rather than a merely functional stick, I wanted a stulish one, and I have lots of sticks, but I have to cut them all to the right length myself and replace the ferules. With clothing things are offered in various sizes and you just click on the size that suits! Why can you not do this with the sticks! Either 2inch increments or even 1inch, so that more people can buy the right size product?
