This is a good supplement for the mind. I found it helped me during my long study period.

1. Easy to swallow with no negative side effects2. I like that there are 3 brain health supplements in one formulation (ginkgo, ginseng, and shilajit).3. While taking I did feel more positive. However I am not sure if there was a truly significant change in either my energy level, or memory.

I've been taking these for about a month and have not had any side effects. The pills are a little bit big, but the effects that it has on my brain makes it all worth it. I feel so alert and I'm able to focus better, more productive at work. I also heard that it helps with losing weight I'm not sure of that yet but I'm keeping hope.

I take this to fight of that fatigued feeling that usually creeps up in the evening when we are about to watch some evening entertainment. It provides just the right amount of simulation to help me get through without falling asleep, and yet won't make me too energized that I can not get to sleep later. I have been taking these capsules for a couple of weeks now. They are small easy to swallow capsules. Taken twice daily. I take one in the morning one at night, (not sure why I just do)I haven’t noticed anything in the form of memory change nor do I have more energy. I have noticed that the hot flashes have decreased in number and intensity during the night. I have also been getting to sleep through the night because I’m not waking up via hot flashes.Not sure which herb is responsible but if this has leveled them off, I will keep taking them.Maybe the longer I take them the more I will notice the changes.

This blend is an excellent blend to help support Brain Health. I've been on these a week now and to be honest it usually takes longer to notice the benefits from supplements. I did however consistently notice some energy by the middle of the day when my energy normally goes down a little. It will probably take another couple weeks before the brain health benefits will be noticeable. I have used Panax and Ginko before and did notice better recall and focus and I should be able to notice the same with this blend. The cost is very reasonable. You only need 2 a day so you are getting about 3 and 1/2 months worth for that price. The only issue I have with these is the brand. There is absolutely no transparency. I Can't find any information about the brand nor where their products are manufactured, nor the source of their ingredients and more. I probably will not get this brand again just for that reason.

Love ingredients are all natural non gmo and thoroughly tested. I have experienced longer endurance while taking these. Not a jittery reaction but helps to get through a long day with a lot more pep.

After one week of use, I have not noticed any improvement in my energy levels. No adverse effects either, so I will continue to take this product. Maybe with time I'll see some of the claimed benefits regarding brain health, focus and concentration. One reservation I have about this supplement is that we don't who manufactures it. So we cannot verify that this product is indeed manufactured at a cGMP compliant facility. Also, we don't know in which country this is manufactured. All we know is that it is manufactured for Agobi, the address of which is 9204 Tango Ct., Orlando, FL 32817. On Google Maps, this address is a house in a residential area.
