Sound surprisingly GOOD!!
I've tried so many pairs of earbuds, only to be disappointed most of the time. This pair is the exception. Sound is clear and balanced. Noise cancellation could be a little better but it's not so bad that I don't use them. Overall I'm happy with these earbuds.

Received Faulty Product
If I move around even just a bit, my phone shows that the earbuds have been disconnected. The usb c is very loose. Sound will cut off out of nowhere. Very frustrating.

Works great
I so far have used these in 2 different phones and a tablet and had great sound quality in all 3. I have also used this with one of the adapters that allow you to listen to music and charge your device at the same time without any changes to the sound quality. They work well for answering and hanging up calls and changing songs, turning the volume up and down

Good Earbuds!
Very impressed with the bass of these earbuds, was not expecting them to be as bass heavy as they are. As a music fan, these sound great! With movies or video content, it performs worse just because of the EQ profile these come with. They do tend to fall out of my ears a bit, but I have this problem with all earbuds so take that as you will. Comes with a couple different ear-tip sizes/replacement tips. Easy to use with USB C compatibility.
