For thirty years, I've preferred sitting on the floor when watching TV than sitting on furniture. Currently, I have been sitting on a half-moon cotton filled meditation pillow, which has served me well, for most part. But, as of now, it has become a little too compressed and hardened for my liking, and so I decided to get something to replace it.It seems most types of floor cushions are filled with buckwheat nowadays. That is not something I want. I read many instances where people ran into insect infestation issues with such a filling. We have enough bugs in our neighborhood and don't need anymore. My body also doesn't react so well to certain plant materials, so when I came upon these cushions. . .I was intrigued. After reading the description and the reviews, I decided to give one a try. . .Well. . .when I first received my cushion (took five weeks to receive), just the way it was packaged gave me doubts about the overall usefulness of it. It arrived in a very thin, non-padded, plastic bag, and was half-moon shaped. Half-moon shaped, I thought? My cushion was suppose to be round, not a half-moon cushion. I was concerned they sent me the wrong one. Upon opening the plastic bag, I saw why it was shaped the way it was: the cushion was folded in half. The very first thought that popped into my mind was that if it could be folded so easily like this and shipped as it had been, it must not have much of any filling inside. And when I tested it out. . .my assumption was correct--it did not.The cushion is filled at such a low density that when just a little bit of weight is put upon it, the cushion will flatten to one inch in thickness; and when actually sitting on it, flattens to about a quarter inch (I weigh close to 200 lbs.). Surely not what I was expecting from something that cost as much as it did. Sorry to say, this will not work for me. . .is not much difference than sitting on a carpeted floor.The dimensions they stated on the product page aren't quite accurate for the elephant round cushion I purchased either. The weight and height are about right (little less than 5 inches thickness and 2.2 lbs.), but the diameter is 22, not 20.87. Maybe the diameter is more representative for the other cushions being sold. . .I can only speculate.For a cat this would work well, or maybe for a very smaller person. But for a 200 or more pound guy, no, it will not. Please see my attached photos to get a better idea about what I have discussed here.My hopes were high for this product, but. . . in the end, it left me disappointed. Not sure what I will do with this. . .maybe give it to my sister who has two cats.It does look nice. . .but since there isn't much fill, I can only give this three stars.

I always sit on the floor, I rarely use my couch. It looks just like the picture, is still soft, but it's not thicker than if you bought a seat cushion for 1/3rd the price. And it tore within one day of use. Three stars because I still use it.

Love this cushion. It fit my chair perfectly and is soooooooo comfortable. I just had a hip replacement and this has been a real life saver.I would definitely buy more of these.

The fabric pattern is so cute and the size is perfect for a floor pillow, or meditation pillow and to use on our brick hearth for extra seating. BUT, the pillows are not made from the same dye lot so the left pillow (pictured) is more tan, “linen” looking and the right pillow (light cream). The pillows are not as supportive as I hoped they were, so for comfort I will need to double them for a comfy seat.

Excellent size and love the colors available. Might get another. If it were just a little more sturdy it would get my fifth star. Otherwise, it is comfortable and perfect for sitting on the floor.
