Excellent but little loose

Poor quality, not worth the cost.
I like the idea a lot, but they clearly have quality control issues. Unit arrived, I followed the setup video precisely, but lock would not program. I called them to report it, they said they'd send me a new lock. Weeks later it arrived, and the programming went well. It worked perfectly for a day, then the fingerprint scanner stopped working completely. Luckily I can still open it with key pad or key. Called them again, they said they'd send yet another lock. That was about a month ago, and I've yet to receive it. I would not recommend buying one of these till they work the bugs out, or another company produces a better quality version.

Loose headrest, adapter sleeves not fitting
Adapter sleeves come too tight for the headrest posts, safe works fine but I do not have usable adapter sleeves to make the headrest secure in the vehicle. The headrest is currently sitting loose

Great concept and set up isn't as bad as they say in the other reviews, however, the lock system sucks! Not easy as the video shows and doesn't open ever time

Don’t do it
Basically a good idea, but the manufacturer has issues with the product and doesn’t follow up on promises, won’t code correctly, promised a new mechanism, never showed no response after initial contact. Total waste of money and effort, it b.s.

Space saver
Headrest design is awesome. I have a Ram ProMaster City which dosen't have built in lockups like the Rubicon. Saves space and is more secure than having in overhead compartment. Things not to do when assembling. Don't have a beer or get stoned,. if your mechanically challenged your probably better off having someone else install for you........ Aloha

Worth the money but keep your expectations low.
I will buy these for future vehicles. It’s a great idea but the thumb print reader is trash. The key lock is hard to assess and the charging port cover won’t stay in place. But other than that they look great in the truck and the keypad lock is great. It’s a great place to put a shadow system mr920 a couple extra mags and some extra cash.
